It is also something that irreplaceable. Not all food and drinks are bad for our teeth. There are ten of foods and drinks that good for our teeth:

1. Water – water not only cleans our mouth, it’s also good for your teeth. Water keeps producing saliva that deposited the essential material that weak teeth needed. Drinking water regularly will keep the gum hydrated. Water cleans our mouth by flush the food that remains in our mouth, which causes bad breath.

2. Fruits –fruit which contain lots of vitamin C good for your gum. Kiwi, citrus fruit, strawberry and apple are the fruit which contain lots of vitamin C. Vitamin C has cement that holds your cell together. It will be good for your gum tissue, so your gum will not easily get infected by bacteria.

3. Vegetables – crunchy vegetables clean your teeth and massage your gum. Vegetables which contain a lot of vitamin A are a better choice. Broccoli, carrot, red pepper and pumpkin are vegetables which contain vitamin A. vitamin A are important to form your teeth enamel.

4. Onion – it contain antibacterial compounds. It will be better to be eaten raw and peeled.

5. Celery – celery massages gum and cleans the teeth when it chewed. Celery will contain much saliva. So it can also neutralize bacteria in your teeth and gum.

6. Dairy product – less sugar milk and sugar are the calcium source that good for teeth. It also low of acidity, which can cause dental erosion. They also less sugar, that means less of teeth decoy. Cheese is another product that has big benefit. Cheese contains high of phosphate and calcium. Cheese help balance the PH, so it will save your teeth enamel. Cheese will also produce more saliva that will keep your gum healthy. Saliva kills the bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease.

7. Animal foods – chicken, beef, and egg contain phosphorous. Teeth built from calcium, vitamin D, and phosphorous. Those elements prevent your teeth from teeth decay.

8. Sesame seed – sesame seed peeled of plague and help built teeth enamel. It also contains high calcium. But the most important, it taste delicious.

9. Nuts – peanuts contain vitamin D and calcium. Almond contains high calcium. Cashew nut helps produce saliva. It also cleans your teeth. Walnut contains a lots of mineral that good for your teeth. Walnut contains vitamin E, vitamin B6, fiber, iron, magnesium, folic acid, thiamine, niacin, potassium and zinc.

10. Green Tea –it contain polyphenols. Polyphenols help remove plaque on teeth. Green tea also helps kill the bacteria in your teeth and gum. You will get fresh breath because there are no bacteria. Much green tea also contains fluoride. Fluoride helps protect teeth enamel.
